Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

·      The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

·      It must be in its original packaging, with tags attached

·      You must provide proof of purchase

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to:

·      Custom or made-to-order items

·      Personalised products

·      Gift cards

Sale items (unless the item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees)

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if:

·      The item is faulty or defective

·      The item is damaged in transit

·      You received the wrong item

If a product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


How to Start a Return 

To request a return, please contact us at tom@madebyarden.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

·      Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

·      Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
